I just got a ps90TR, and I was wondering if there is a bolt stop button on it like the ar15 that keeps the chamber open. (Sorry I'm a Newb)

Like Shipwreck said, Europeans train with Bolt Closed while over here we train with Bolt Hold Open.

You can lock the action open, it's a little awkward though. Pull the bolt back, reach underneath and push the plate up, blocking the action open.

For the range. Will work for those ranges that want you to store open bolt during cease fires.
Damn, I never saw that before

considering your noob status, and as i just tried it myself... to get the plate to release, pull the charging handle back and let it slam it forward.

up until now i held the handle back and tapped the plate down with my finger

Me neither, I rather like it. Gotta hold off on my purchases for now though, I went way too crazy during the last few weeks.

Locking bolt back on a PS90....

when you have the bolt pulled back to the rear....simply lift the dust cover (@ ejection port) up and let the bolt forward slowly....its now locked back....
