Not a newb to FN, since I've owned and loved an FAL carbine for years, but this is my first foray into the pistols. A "buddy" let me shoot his FNX-45T on a church outing and I've been contemplating picking up one since. I regularly carry a full-sized Kimber 1911 as my EDC, so it won't be a huge leap, but I'm going to go with the non-tactical for my first buy. Hoping to find the FDE version, though right now everyone seems to be sold out.

Beautiful! I plan on using mine as my EDC too. What holster are you using? So far, the Alien Gear seems to be the best option. I haven't used them before, but I have used a similar style for my 1911 and it was very comfortable.

i use a KT mech iwb holster most of the time, it is a minimalist type kydex. i have a alien gear for the cooler months. But i am young and still relatively new to concealed carry.
