Welcome! I guess I'll show my Ruger ignorance here... I thought The Redhawk was the .44 and the Blackhawk was .357.

Redhawk's are DA, Blackhawk's are SA, regardless of the caliber.

both available in the wonderful 44 Magnum...

Thanx for educating me! :D

A long time ago I had a Redhawk .44. It had a little scope on it too. I wish I hadn't have sold.

Do you load for that 577 or is it a wall flower?
wall flowers. it and the Springfield are too rough to ever fire again. they both have rough/rusty bores, though you can still see the rifling in the Enfield. the Enfield also has no firing pin, though i would like to find one cartridge for it.

my grandfather found them in an old garage he was cleaning out.

the Snider-Enfield:

the Springfield:

Dave, you can make some pretty convincing dummies from a 20ga hull cut to an OAL of 2" and a round ball (5/8 ball rearing) glued in the end. I made a bandoleer of them for display an no ones tumbled to them yet. The loaded stuff is $80 a box.

RV, I think theres still a warrant out on me for taking the last pair of dry socks in Thusrston county with me when I bolted :p :p
