Ok here is tricky question. I bought a Sig P516 pistol. I want to SBR the pistol so I made the following Form 1. Here's the two questions. First is 4.C the caliber. The pistol is 5.56, but I plan on selling the upper and adding a AAC 300BLK 9" upper when approved. So I really won't be firing 5.56 rounds out of the SBR ever. The second question is weird. The lower for the P516 isn't marked with the model P516 (Which it is), but rather Sig 516. So is 4.D correct since that is really the model? I've attached a picture of the Form 1 as it stands.

If anyone has the answer to these questions I would greatly appreciate telling me whats-what.

Fill the form with the caliber you will be using.

Model is 516.

The P is because they are marketing it as a pistol lower, not made into a rifle. Once registered as a rifle you can not go to a pistol configuration.

Don't worry about the P, it's a516 model.
