I decided to treat myself for recently passing my comprehensive exams by taking advantage of the DeadAirArmament special.....and purchased a Sandman S and Ghost 45. Well, now the wait begins again.

Damn ATF and their weird processing times. I purchased both at the same time but got my stamp back for the Ghost (I'm happy, but was hoping to pick up both together).
Ghost 45 purchased on: 8/28/18
Form 4 Tax Stamp Cashed on: 9/6/18
From 3 Disposed to dealer on: 12/11/18
Stamp Approved on: 8/13/19
Picked it up on: 8/22/19

I'm hoping the Sandman S will come in sometime next week.

Looks like the times are starting to come down some finally.

Form 4 paper filing as individual. I decided not to do any more stamps on my trust since 41F. Probably have all the NFA stuff I need in the foreseeable future so didn't want to go through the hassle doing the trust bs for just one more item.

That makes me feel a little better. Had a check cashed in mid-December 2018 and when I called the other day she said try back in 8-10 weeks. Was also a form 4 individual done through silencer shop. Sounds like 4-6 weeks might be a possibility.

BATF received my 3 form 1s on March 25 2019, I just got my 3 tax stamps today in the mail , Six months and two days. 2 cans and 1 SBR, form 1 mailed in with an attached Gun Trust. I just put together my SBR all ready to go, and going to start the Suppressors on after the weekend. While I am happy I have my 3 stamps, I still don't approve of the process, and the violation of my 2nd Amendment Rights.

Well here I am again. Update... 3 more of the can's have been APPROVED and Stamps received as of Today. They were processed in only 140 days! via my trust. The E-filed Form 1's to SBR have also been APPROVED.

Well they didn't get processed faster that is for damn sure <argg>! But I got the last 3 stamps this past Monday so 335 days from acceptance to stamps in hand for these last 3 cans <whew> ....But they are now in my custody!

The trust and completed Form1 and 5320.23 (with pics). are uploaded. When you complete the submission, you get a cover letter with the submission email. You mail that in with your fingerprint cards.

I plan on these stamps being my last, but then again I've said that so many times that I really don't believe it myself any more.

I slapped all three together yesterday afternoon:

I'm really happy with how the S2 Scorpion came out. I dropped the faux suppressor and added a 3-lug mount. An Octane 45 fits in there perfectly.

The other two are just shorty (10.5") AR's. Nothing special, but very handy. I may get one of those CMMG 5.7 uppers eventually. They seem to have pretty positive feedback.

When I lived in Germany you couldn't hunt without a suppressor. We are truly deprived in America.

I really have struggled to save my hearing since I was age 6 and I avoid any exposure to loud sounds like the Chinese Virus!

I tried to select one can that would do it all this time. But I can see I can use more. I. too, swore this would be the last time I gave them $200 and WAITED. But I can see folks are getting theirs after 13 months!

Certainly, Trump opening his yap about not liking them after that oil can incident did NOT help things. I am not sure whose side he is on!
