That is quite fast on the form 4's. Mine from March 18th, 2021 just came back in early March 2022, so it was 356 days from check cashed to stamp in hand. Glad to see the time shorten up a bit. Wiating to see what the e-file does. Several distributors are saying 90 days, but waiting to see if that time period sticks before I purchase any more.

Finally got my first e-Filed Form 4 approved. I purchased this back in December, got caught up in a filing fiasco with the initial submission, got rejected and had to re-file. So technically it took the same amount of time total as my last paper filing, 7 months.

I had another one filed the same day. Hopefully that is nearly ready to come out of the oven.
I had one rejected last month, my wife's (responsible party) info didn't carry over. Get to the back of the line, sucker. That was three months lost.
I have a few others spread out by a month or two. I read that submissions from late March and on are coming in quicker. Not sure I follow the logic, but it's bureaucracy...logic really doesn't apply.

The travel companion to the one above got approved...at last. Apparently they got separated on their journey through the government's long and greasy bowels. But now they are reunited, just like Peaches & Herb.
