Anyone else ordered from them? My credit card was charged a few days after placing a telephone order now a few weeks later they said my rifle should be shipping this week.
Left a voicemail yesterday asking for tracking info.
Anyone else have experience dealing with them? I read several positive reviews about them before placing an order

I'm sure it will all work out for you. Does sound like crappy customer service though. Let us know when you get it and take pictures.

I am waiting on an SPR A1 from them as well. It took me a few days to get a hold of them on the phone because they were out for a couple days with some local police departments, so apparently they aren't in the office all the time. They said my order should be shipping out this past week so I am expecting to hear from my FFL after the Memorial Day weekend. I'm not too worried about it, I've heard good things about Tactical Coordination. Let us know when you receive yours brother.

I just received my SPR from Tactical Coordination. My FFL had the rifle for about a week and I didn't know because I was never sent a tracking number from Tac-Cord. I emailed them yesterday asking about it, and they sent me an email back with the tracking info and it had been delivered already. So if you are still waiting on your rifle I would email them and ask if it's been shipped and for a tracking number if it has. By the way, Tac-Cord is very hard to get a hold of by phone in my experience, so email will get you a better response time I think. Hope you get your rifle soon!

Im currently waiting on my A1, as well. My order was placed on 22nd of May. They did say it would take a good 3-4 weeks to get it shipped as there was 20 or so rifles in front of me waiting to go out. They are a tad hard to reach on the phone, but they have answered all my questions when I got ahold of them.

Stealth: How are you liking yours so far? What was the trigger pull on yours out of the box? Lets see some pics!

BLS27,

Unfortunately, the only mount I have for my Leupold Mk4 is a LaRue LT111 and is way too high for me to use on this rifle. So I think I might take off the 20 MOA Badger Ordnance rail that came with the A1 and just put on some standard rings. So that being said I haven't gotten to shoot it yet? :( The trigger pull is OK. It's nothing to write home about for sure, but it works. A bit on the heavy side for a precision rifle. I'm going to have some trigger work done to it eventually. I'll get some pics up when I get some rings and mount the optic.

Cool man!

Depending on how far you intend to shoot, you might need those extra moa with the rail.

You could save yourself a lot of time and money and do the trigger yourself. Adjusting a Winchester Trigger

If you adjust it and it's still not low enough or you are getting slam fires, check out the trigger from Rifle Basix. Around $100 and they're drop ins. :?

Thanks a lot BLS! I will definitelly look into that trigger. I'm still debating on what to do for scope rings. I want to get the scope as low to the bore as possible. The 50mm objective lens might make me have to use high rings, even with the 20 MOA base. Anybody else here have a 50mm objective lens mounted on the A1? What rings did you use? And did you keep the 20 MOA rail?

I'll be running a Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50 with Vortex low (.87) precision rings. I was told by vortex this will work, fine. I have seen other members online that are running low rings on their SPR A1/A2's with no issue. If you want to get as close to the bore as possible, low rings should work just fine. :?

For peace of mind, check out this listing. He is running an A1 with low rings using a 6-24x50

Edit : So the vortex rings I have are .87. Seekins makes these rings for Vortex and seekins medium rings are at 87. Seekins lows are .82. So, that is why my setup will probably work. You might need to look up what height yours are, exactly. It might work, but then you may not be able to get a scope cap on the lens.

btw... did yours come with a test target?

Sorry for the late update. Yes, I finally received it about two weeks ago. I'm satisfied.

Installed very low TPS rings as suggested by forum members. Thanks! The Leupold Mk 4 40mm cleared it well. I added homemade scope caps with 550 cord, duct tape, screen mesh for the front and plastic from a Costco ramen bowl. Beats ~ $30 for Butler creek slip up caps or $40 for a Leupy scope cover. I
The 5 shot group was the final shots after zero. Shot about 12 rounds through it. 42.0 RL 15 topped off with a 175 SMK (surplus pulled) lit by a Rem 9 1/2 primer. Not bad. With the scope's adj at center I came down a full revolution and added 1/2 MOA left. I was a bit wary of the FN shooting as the load was shot through my AR10 and Savage barrels with 1x10 twists versus the 1x12 twist on the SPR.

I bought this to replace a home smithed Savage. I wanted a bolt rifle with a better bolt lift than my Savage. The FN is comparable to the Savage 110's bolt lift effort except that the FN cocks on the bolt closing. Its OK. I guess I was hypnotized by a Tubb 2000's lift.

What date was yours ordered? I'm just trying to see how much longer I have on mine. Going on 4 weeks.
