I check all mags I use in the 16 and I have had a couple of the Pmag 40s that did move the bolt catch up, not much but a little. Checking them and fixing is simple as Lester posted above.

+1 for checking ALL mags...

Had few PMags already modified for use in my Tavor, they work fine in my 16s. However, a bunch of my surplus USGI mags will occasionally hang up on the bolt catch, keeping it from releasing the bolt. I've notice witness marks on the catch where it binds on the GI mags. A quick jiggle and all seems well, guessing it has more to do with slop in the mag well than the mag follower or design (the PMag issue).
