Hey guys, just another Product Development update, Please make a mental note that these are simply Beta test 3D models and I will be printing up 3D samples(revisions are imminent!) for some testing in the next few days.
Thanks for looking and Merry Christmas.

To compliment my KeyMod Panels I have re engineered the lower 1913 section and replaced it with 7 KM slots.
Line Rectangle Cylinder Tool accessory

PMM Lower KeyMod Panel.
T6 6061 alum. Finished in both a FDE & Black 8625 Hard coat
Weight comparison on panel compared to Factory.
Factory unit is 2.73 +/- Oz.
PMM KM panel .725 +/- oz!

PMM SCAR Mag Release Button.
T6 6061 alum. Finished in both a FDE & Black 8625 Hard coat
Minimal Protrusion height form Lower.
Tapered & ergonomic design allows the shooter to transition from the Trigger to button with out having to stretch the trigger finger out to reach the release.

Very nice! Have you considered designing a keymod accessory similiar to the thorntail offset picatinny mount? Kinda like a scar specific one that would tuck in nicely when a streamlight tlr1, surefire 300, or a insight wml is paired with it? Or even 1" bodied handhelds like a surefire g2, etc?

Hey RCM192 Earl at IWC was nice enough to send me one of the Thor tail Key mod units they manufacture for HS to test on the Rails. I designed.a 45* KeyMod light mount in Solid works puts the light in front of the Gas block tucked in low and inline with the Front sling mount.

I asked IWC to send me the Existing KM mount they have because it does not make any sense to manufacture somethings that may already be doing the job well. When i get it i will see how it fits then asses if the PMM version is viable.

Jerod I need a button like this on the left. Is that feasable?

with enough time anything is feasible let me see what I can muster up!

Edit: now just looking at it this will be easy to do give me a few days.
Jerod, nice work. Did you hear FN adopted m-lok? This would be great for all the guys with a ton of keymod accessories.
Yes I did and I have my M-Lock license from MagPul when I an finished up with the KeyMod stuff that is next on the list.

From a manufacturers stand point do you think the mlok system will surpass the keymod? It seems as if they both kinda serve the same purpose. Im favoring keymod ATM simply because of the plethora of options and the fact that it has been around for a longer period of time.

Truthfully I am not sure I have had a bunch on conversations with people regarding the comparison between the two and what will last longer, I see pros and cons on both,The final objective of any weapon modification should come down to the end user only, So many people love to comment of what is right or wrongbased on their set up, much like racing cars you just need trigger/seat time that will refine your skill set and you can then strip away what is or is not needed.
It's not about what works for the other guy it's about what works for you, That is why I/PMM try's to offer variety to my customers.

find what you like and use it. that's my opinion.

I would be interested in a taller left side magazine release. The BCD significantly hinders the usability of the OEM design.

Hey storm I am assuming you are predominantly right handed shooter?

When you go to strip a mag with your left hand how are you doing it?

Yes, I am a right handed shooter. When the rifle runs dry, my left hand is moving toward a fresh magazine as my trigger finger is depressing the right side magazine release letting the empty hit the dirt. The issue is with firing from the weak shoulder; the BDC prevents the trigger finger from accessing the left side magazine release. If you created a taller magazine release for use with the BDC, the issue would be solved. Sure, there are other slower methods of reloading, but the reason I bought BDC's for my 16 &17 was to decrease my times.

Thank you, all in good time I just purchased another new Milling Center today. On the contrary to popular belief I am not just " A poser with a CNC I actually have 4 of them" LOL.
