Hey guys I have finally gotten the Logistics sorted on the PMM B.C.D. RADDLOCK compliant version!

I will be supplying Each Raddlock compliant BCD with a new left Side Mag release button shim it will be printed out of PLA with a positive infill rate of 100% all you will need to do is remove the existing LS Raddlock Stop and replace it with the supplied PMM unit and install your B.C.D.

Revision to the BCD was pretty simple i machined another Radius to clear the Bolt and Locking mechanism when the arm articulates.

Thanks to all who helped me out with this I am sending the revised B.C.D's off to the hardcoater later this week for stripping, blasting and re-plating after the rework on my end.

Looking good! There are two threads on this topic. An older one has a prototype with a significant bend/kink. I'm assuming this one is close to the final design? Can you tell us more about why you considered both designs. Also why does this require a new left side shim? Is the prototype of that shown in the first picture?

Is that new left side button going to stand up to abuse? It looks like a very thin piece of plastic.....

Also, I don't know if it's the angle, but that new radial cut on the underside looks like it could be shifted up slightly (towards the finger pad) a milimeter or two.

Hey Guy's I just sent out the revised B.C.D's for HC this week, The PLA LH mag lock piece only acts as a "stop" for the LH mag button there fore it's not going to see to much abuse, If I have to machine them i can and will however it's will increase the overall cost of the CA version of the BCD. :(
