I tend to spend more time away than at home, and I usually don't feel like using my Rockchucker when I get the rare occasion of resting at home.

What can I use for a reliable press while on the road, reloading 5.7x28 in a motel room? I've seen the Lee hand press and some oddball coaxial and arbor presses, but I was wondering if any of you have experience w/ portable presses that don't cost an arm nor a leg?

I bought a Lee hand press in 1988, and I have not been able to wear it out yet.

It is slow, and I would not want to use it to full length resize most rifle brass, but it will work.

I have loaded many rounds on mine sitting outdoors, and primed them with a Lee hand priming tool. I usually prefer to charge and seat the bullets indoors, on a RCBS press, but I have done it with the Lee.
