Did you replace the sear spring? Sounds like there is next to no pressure on it. Simply bending it back a little to add tension will most likely solve the problem. Unfortunately, it will also increase trigger pull.
There are other possible causes. You may have a bad or poorly cut sear, or hammer hooks that are almost non existent. Try the tensioning of the sear spring and see if that solves your problem.
