I just bought a fnx45 in fde a couple of weeks ago and was finally able to shoot it the other day. I put 200rds thru it without any problems. Barrel was a little warm but not bad so i put the gun up in my range bag. I cleaned and lubed my gun before i shot it, but can't remember how the lower frame looked. When i cleaned it after shooting it looked like the frame was melted on some spots, especially the serial number plate. I'll try to post a pic

Is all that dimpling normal?...like I said I cannot remember how the frame looked before I shot it, but I thought it was a little smoother than this.
