Does Alan Brown have a 28" neck, or chin that goes from his lower lip to his tits? I can't tell. By the way.. NSWC Crane is a bunch of fat old men sucking off the government dole, GS/Contractor, with ID badges hanging around their necks, hanging out in the parking lot smoking area or eating doughnuts in the conference room, and shuffling papers back and forth to one another trying to get a bigger budget next year.

In all seriousness - there are some good folks there.... even more so on the precision weapon side
