Requesting value: SIG P229 SAS .40 Gen 1

Guys, I have a Gen 1 Sig Sauer P229 SAS .40 with DAK trigger, and I would like to know the value of it.
I never see these up for sale, so I am wondering if they are hard to come by? It is two-tone, with Nils wood grips.
