We are having a discussion about the legalities of using a Trust to do a SBR in North Carolina. In most places the CLEO will not sign so people use the Trust method. Unfortunately, talking to people that understand the laws this may not be legal and could get a lot of people in trouble. We're still investigating and I have a call with an attorney next week about it.
