I have a Scar 17 in FDE with a FN factory 13 inch barrel and BE Meyers FH pinned and welded to the barrel to make it legal. The weapon has a total of 200 rds through it with 100 rds being fired through the 13 inch barrel last weekend. The weapon is like new and will come with 4 new 20rd FDE magazines. The eclan is included in the price I bought it new last year when I put the rifle together. I am asking $5600 for the set up. Let me know if you have any questions.
