Seekins SRS install

Was considering going with an Atlas bipod on my SPRa1, anyone have any experience installing the Seekins rail or other similar bipod rail? How easy is it to remove the existing sling swivels? Pardon the newb q's.

I have a first gen with HS Precision stock. Just unscrewed swivels and installed SRS. Took just a few minutes.
