It not that it is too hard. I just takes alot of engineering that FN does not have time to spare. There are more many more important projects at this time.

i'd rather have them say no, than having them do a rushjob. ;)

besides, do you want them to make old stuff civi legal or do you want them to make sexeh new stuff? :shock:

True, the belt fed feature is "cool", but the 30lb gun ... hmmmm

I would rather have a Minimi than a SCAR.

It wound be a novel item, but I wouldn't think that their would not be enough interest is a 22 LB belt fed, semi auto. The cost would be to high for must to afford. I've humpped that beast and the M240 G over hills and yonder, they are heavy.

SCAR is the way to go.

Wow. Yes, I don't expect that there would be a big market for that. I'd rather buy car for that money.

A civilian SCAR H is my idea of a proper 7.62 solution.

I hope we get to see them for sale someday.

If you've never shot a belt fed semi-auto, you don't know what you're missing.

I'd be all over a 249 if they kept the cost the same as what LE agencies buy it for. Made in the USA too!
