How much is it really worth, i see some dumb auctions asking $50 a box, but what should it sell for?

Never had lead-free primers go bad in 2-3 years. I wouldn't worry about it.

Can't say that I see SS195LF as the better defensive round. Depends on the specific application. For home defense, I would go with SS197.
