Just a note to anyone still not sure, science is constantly evolving, correcting past errors, making new discoveries.

Anyone who states that "the science is settled" should immediately be rebuked as a moron who knows nothing about the scientific method. Even something as "settled" as gravity, and the speed of light are being challenged today.

If someone tries to convince you you're doing something wrong by questioning the "science" surrounding this latest bug we're fighting, figuratively punch their stupid lights out. Please.

Science in many cases can never be static, the universe is dynamic so should science be.

If no one ever challenged scientific theories that's what they would have always remained...theories.

The day extraterrestrial aliens are discovered or ARRIVE I suspect many scientists will change professions to gardening...

It has less to do with the dynamics of the universe than we simply don't even know what all the variables are, much less have a grasp of what values to fill in. We're still pretty stupid when it concerns the wonders of the universe.
