Well, after all those years of sitting on the fence, I'm a few months into my little NFA journey. Three months in...three stamps received, four pending. I should have five by now, but, you know, I have a bad case of chronic f***-up-ism.

But despite the set backs, it has been a pretty good (but pretty pricey) ride. So I just wanted to take a moment to thank* all those whose previous questions and answers made it a fairly smooth trip. I've been soaking up information here for over three years, and thought I'd be remiss in not mentioning that.

I know I've posted it before, but it's an uneventful Sunday and I need something to do. So here's what I've completed so far:

By February I hope to have the SCAR duo up and running...or at least one of them. Those barrels take a mighty big bite out of the wallet, so I may just do one to start with. I haven't decided which one to do first. Either way, I'll have the stamps so I can tackle them at my leisure (and my checkbook's ability).

And somewhere between mid March and mid May, I should have my first two suppressors in hand. That, I am very eager for.

*While I offer my thanks, my wife would like to take this opportunity to offer up a whirlwind of fist shaking and shockingly disturbing profanities.

Very nice collection you've started.

I know what you need for your Sig, I've been eyeing these for some time but I don't have your kind of money to spend right now.

Hmm...STC's (short tailed cats). I wonder what the tax is on those? Can I e-File?
