Anyone have one of the top end triggers and/or tried a Springfield trigger job to compare the difference? I have the springfield trigger on my 17 and I'm looking for the 16, so if the Springfield is quite comparable, I'd rather save the $$.

Are you referring to Bob Springfield???

There has been some talk about his trigger jobs in the past. Didn't seem like it was good.

I would stick with buying one, like a Geissele.

It really depends if you want a single or two-stage trigger. There is nothing wrong with the Bill Springfield trigger job, its great, and a hell of a lot cheaper

As stated, I have one in the 17 and it function 100%, the question is, is his job close enough to a high end trigger, especially when I can save $200 for virtually the same thing. For those who have both, is it that much better.
