TROS USA barrel chop

Anyone else had any issues with them in the past? I sent them a barrel that arrived on 4/10 and was quoted 4-5 weeks. Communication with them has been spotty, e-mails answered about 5-7 days later, if at all. I got the "I've been busy", "I had a random BATFE inspection and lost this week", "I ran out of adapters", etc. from them as excuses and still have no ETA on when the barrel is to be expected.

Heard great things about their work, just didn't expect 4-5 weeks to turn into 11 weeks+. The dang stamp didn't take this long!
