I am interested in picking up one of these sights for my .45, but don't want to wait until the end of this year for the universal x5 model to come out. Does anyone know whether or not the models for the XD or M&P, for instance, would fit the rail on the fnp? I'm venturing to think that its possible considering both the XD as well as the M&P fullsize pistols have picatinny rails and are only slightly smaller. I realize that these models would have XD or MP stamped on them, but I do not care about that. Thoughts anyone?
