Was it an issue with the product itself, was it not what you expected, or just didn't work for you? Thanks!
its poorly designed, unlike other vltor products. the screws supplied if used per instructions dig divots into the reciever. to get them to hold the handguard on without damaging your scar17 they must be shortened. i found this out the hard way. when vltor was contacted about it the rep said it was intended and accepted no responsibility for damage.
it makes the rifle fatter than oem. which i didnt like. its also a pain to clean under as there are a LOT of screws holding it all together.
now that i shortened the fasteners it works fine.
my opinion get the mi rail of whichever flavor. much much better design with useable features.
after my experience i prolly wont buy another vltor product. mainly because of the indifference to their product damaging my rifle when installed per directions with supplied fasteners.
