It was a bot. I approve each member 1 by 1 and get almost 100% of the spambots coming in. This is 1 reason why I eliminated gmail addresses from new members.

I read every post on the forum - and I was away for a few hours this morning. I couldn't have gotten into it any faster than it ended up being deleted (Therm got it, actually). So, the moderator button wouldn't have mattered.

I know it sucks - but considering that its been about 12 months since the last sex spammer hit - I'd say that we're doing as well as I can.

PHP software is much harder to add smileys than V Bulletin. Its a major pain in the butt. We got requests for new smileys for almost a year - we finally added the ones we have. You'll need to ask Therm if you want new ones...
