My old eyes & astigmatism do not like red dots. I would like to put a Primary Arms micro prism scope on it, but my eye would be too far back to use that. So I guess I have to go with a scope?

What viable options do I have?

The PA 1x prisms work just fine with Design Machine mounts.
Both gens have very forgiving eye relief, the gen2 is amazing.

Gen1 Cyclops will use the Aimpoint mount.
New Gen2 will use the new mini Acog mount.

I've considered milling down my receiver and making my own custom low mount for the microprism.

I'd like something with magnification, though

You might try the Burris RT-3 Prism. It's a small little "scope" and not too terribly expensive. I use one on an AR15 and also on my AR57 that had VERY limited rail space. Works great.
Built in AR height mount on the RT3 is too high for the PS90 in my opinion.

@TacticalSpeed look at the PA 3x microprism.
It uses the same mini-acog mounting as the 1x, and the DM mount has multiple positions.

Hi
I use a Trijicon MRO on mine. I have an inexpensive Burris red dot on my other one and it runs fine too. These guns are such natural shooters, than virtually any red-dot will make your groups shrink in size and allow first shot hits out to 300 yards at least. I'm not sure of terminal ballistics over that, and view this as more of a CQB weapon use anyways, so don't really care. the MRO has a BIG field of view, which I really like for these bullpups. Have them on other bullpups as well. I'm also impressed with the Holosun shake to wake feature red dot with larger circle/bigger MOA as well as smaller dot for smaller MOA. These are very fast sights to get on target, reminds me of the Eotech holographic that's so proven in combat.
Good luck, it's a fun process!!

I have an Acro kicking around that was earmarked for something else. I'm thinking about going this route with a Design Machine mount. Originally, and I may still, go with an Aimpoint RDS on the T series Design Machine mount. It should fit but I'm concerned it might sit too high. It will definitely sit higher than a T-1 or T-2.

I get the astigmatism thing, It really stinks with red dots. For now I've just been Hulking up and dealing with it. If it gets to the point it really affects my accuracy, then my shooting has definitely improved. Or, the astigmatism got a lot worse.

DM is out of stock on that one too.
