What part is officially the rifle?

I plan on hydro dipping my PS90, and i am unsure what part is the rifle for shipping purposes. Thanks.

So the barrel and rail is considered the upper receiver?

I just wanted to be sure. It seems weird as to me that is like the slide and barrel of a handgun, and the stock and trigger would be the lower receiver. Thanks everyone.
