Personally, I like the dual purpose "pistol" size laser/light attachement. They are a little small but that is what this system is all about...small, light, and compact. Mine even has a pressure switch option...so I can flick a switch or squeeze the pressure switch.

A lot of guys like the larger bulkier more dependable Surefire or other lasers.

Me, I like a theme!

Streamlight TLR-2 Light/Laser Combo with Pressure switch.

no i liked the laser it is really great just not meant for the p90. Its made for a pistol. It is far to bulky for a ps90. Also it does not utilize the tri rail. Its a great product no complaints other than its not good on ps90. It looks, feels, and works great on my five seven.

One more thing if you fire alot it loosens being mounted on the side and will fall off if you dont tighten it periodically. Or over tighten the piss out of it.

Thanks

Review from last year is here:

Someone here has the Lasermax on a siderail. I think it looks kewl. If you carry the PS90 - U learn that items on the inside rail gets to be a pain in the butt - it sticks into your check.

The lasermax could go on the inside without a problem.

Sad thing is, on the TriRail, if you have an eotech you can't fit a LAserMax on there.
Yes U can - Critcal DImensions has tri-rail extended rails. A little longer than the standard rail - but they also stick out a tiny bit more so you CAN use the eotech and still make use of the side rails!

He stopped selling here for a while, and they weren't available for a little while, as a consequence. But, he's back as a sponsor, and now sells in the general forsale section instead of in his own subforum. He posted this just afew days ago:

I got the TLR-2 since it was light and compact. My needs are not great.

As for this issue:

That explains A LOT, you can't easily put any Streamlight lights on a tri-rail with out the extentions.
The locking screw gets in the way of the magazine.

tqtran,

I have a tri-rail and the mag does not hit the thumb screw for me as shown here. For whatever reason the tightened screw is paralell with the barrel. Not sure why this works out so close for you. Perahps before you put on the TLR try slipping in a piece of paper or somethng to change the "seat" just enough so that this is not a problem? I dunno. That would be a concern for me if mine was that close. Perhaps something particular to your manufacturing date of your PS90?
