We should remove this guy from the forum if so many are having the same problems. I just talked with my cc company and they will not have a problem getting my refund back.

Um... Mike has been a very dependable vendor and has great products. Sometimes when s$#@ happens when you move and you can't reoganize as quickly as you would like... give the man a break!!!!!!
He is back up and running and filling orders as fast as he can.

+1 A lot can happen that you did not see coming when doing a move.

moving is one thing but business thats another.i ordered two items from his company at the begining of the year and i have received nothingfrom the company to date.

Overloaded a 2750#, 16", enclosed angled nose tandem axle trailer.
Rear axle on my F150 was 1" from the bump stops!

Had to unload and get some weight off the tongue.
Oh well,....... 1/2 ton truck, trying to be a 1 ton.

Same here.

I had sent Mike a PM and e-mail Sept 12, to which he did not reply, with questions I had.

One question was about the buy 3 get 1 free on the mag springs.

Also he said that my order was being held up do to an item that I did not even order, mag clamps.

I sent another email today.

The wait goes on.....

Once again I have not received answers to my questions from Mike.

On September 10 I received a shipping e mail from paypal, with the USPS tracking number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Also will I be receiving the 4 free mag springs from the "Buy 3 get 1 Free" deal you have on you web page since these are out of stock?

His email reply:

Hello Rich,

The springs that we received were out of spec by just a hair and this
caused it to bind under rapid fire. We have the springs in bound and hope
to be able to start shipping them by Monday. I apologize for the
inconvenience, this was truly beyond our control.

I received an e-mail Sept 18 from Mike telling me:

"We just got in the replacment springs for the botched order, so we're getting those packaged and shipped."

So I hope this means that my order will be on its way soon. I just hope nothing else that I ordered is on back order.

To update this thread....

We're fully up and running, processing orders within 48 hours of being placed. No, you might not be able to get through on the phone, but the website takes orders 24 hours a day.

Simple facts: Place an order online, and assuming the stock status reads "In Stock", you'll get it within 5-10 days depending on the shipping method chosen and your distance from us.

Today at 2:04 pm est: I received an email response from Mike for my question.

As long as it’s on the site, it will be honored. No additional input is needed, we’ll just send them out. I believe your order has already been packaged up and waiting for transfer to the carrier.

i placed my order Sept 9th and still no impact no idea. I emailed them and no response. WTF????
