Hey SONYtec--there's no love lost between you and Mike, huh? Saw a post of his about you on another forum (not profane or offensive or anything).

Anyway, I'm happy to report that I got my shee-it today--roughly four weeks from when the order was placed.

Bobby, who Mike hired to help out, handled my lost order within three days. Sweet! Oh, and I did get my freebie mag spring and freebie brass catcher.

Glad to hear that they took care of your problem. I waited about a month for my stuff. There was a problem with the mag springs that he received that caused the delay, which I did not have issue with.

Where do I start, all I was asking for was a reply to my simple question, which he dodged several times. And finally he had that post that you saw that round about answered my question.

When I addressed this in a civil manner on that forum, he was less than professional in his responses, which he deleted later on. When I tried defending myself there a site administrator quickly deleted my post in a couple minutes of posting. I reposted, that was deleted even quicker, reposted again, deleted. One last time I posted, since I wanted answers from Mike, It again was deleted then I found myself "banned."

I tried to sign in and a message showed:

You have been permanently banned from this board.

Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.

Reason given for ban: Can't take a hint when your post was deleted several times

A ban has been issued on your username.
Nice reason huh? I never received a PM or email for a warning of a "violation of rules".

Yet his post still is there. If it weren't for people wanting items, he and others would have no one to buy product. Yet he complains that he doesn't need business like "that" kind of business. So sorry to ask a couple questions! So much for simple customer service.

I am glad I received my items, and I am happy with the quality of them.

I do not have any ill will towards Mike, like he has shown towards me.

I wish Mike well, hope things get better for him.

They are kissy butts over there on that "other" forum, been visiting there for a bit even though I never really registered, until after the communication issues started.
Not much is going on there except for the butt smooching anyway so I didn't care that they "banned" me. :lol:

I hope I have not broken any forum rules here Ship, Therm.
I am done with this subject. Just explaining a few things.

This is the place to be! So much info and stuff here, wish I found this forum sooner than I had.

Yeah, SONYtec--

I hear ya--I wish Mike the best also. Even though I completely understand that a personal or family illness springs up at the most inopportune times, I gotta say to him that the way in which an ethical business owner must respond is clear: COMMUNICATE, COOPERATE, COMMUNICATE.

Mike really should've immediately updated his site to say:

And if he had done that, everybody would've been absolutely cool with it. I'm a business owner too, and that's worked well for me. Hell, people would've sent him well-wishes!

I hope that he reads this and learns a valuable lesson about "customer goodwill," especially because I'd like to see his business do well and grow. We PS90 owners need all the manufacturers and vendors we can get, and it's really a tight-knit community we've got here. There's a lot of forgiveness in this marketplace--more so than in other industries. All he had to do was let us know what to expect--he needed to manage UNCERTAINTY by communicating in a predictable manner.

Well, that's the After-Action Review! Let's put this sucker to rest... Here's to Mike's quick and full recovery, and yes, THIS FORUM ROCKS!

(By the way guys, I want to thank all of you who helped me put together my Calif.-compliant PS90. I spent a lot of late nights reading your posts on this forum to get this far--thanks!)

Well HOL_ SHI_!!!! Ya know its not like people haven't been telling him to keep paying customers in the loop. Mike still owes me 2 dual mag clamps for the ps90 from AUGUST! i can't even believe i am saying that! its not like i ordered a shrike or something from him!!!!! I hope i recieve my clamps from him as i have sent him at least 10 e-mails in the last 6 weeks, all with no answer, except one saying "i believe we have gotten you all taken care of, thank you". hahahahaha i mean this guy really has a record keeping issue!wish me luck- vckiller.

Call up Bobby and just ask him to check for any boxes that might be ready to go out the door but have just been forgotten in some corner. That's what I asked him about mine--I think they thought mine had already gone out the door. They didn't give me the "I believe we have gotten you all taken care of," but they did act like my order was already shipped.

Best of luck--we're with ya on this one. Hopefully Mike can turn it all around and get back up and running where everybody's singing his praises.

i have tried calling their number lots of times and even got to leave a few voice mails, a couple of months ago all the recording said was "mail box full" so at least now they erase the pesky customers mesages!!!!!!!hahahaa i am just gonna call my cc company for a refund because i' :roll: m fed up to the f'in' gills on this one!!vckiller

Hang in there, man. The website has been updated with "under new management" and the voicemail has been changed, so I am sure there are some positive changes going on over there. You don't want to have hung in there since August to only quit just before you get the parts!

I am sure things are looking up.
