I called my cc company last month and have not looked back since. There are other companies out there selling the same items so don't put up with the bs.

I got an answer back from Bobby at MagazineParts stating that their primary machine shop source disappeared on them, leaving them with a lot of open orders. They've been scrambling to source from other machine shops.

Aluminum items such as the dual mag clamps and proprietary-design rail systems have been affected by the outage.

Man, when it rains, it pours, huh? Illness + backlog + loss of the machine shop... No wonder they went dark.

Of course, Bobby's telling us what's going on is actually exactly the right thing to do--we now at least aren't in the dark any more. Good move on their part--now for them to catch up on the backlog!

I hope you're not on the fraudulent list. :-? Throughout the past year we've had a few people file charge-backs on received items and we're currently taking the necessary steps to ‘resolve’ such issues. We use the USPS primarily for their fraud investigation procedures; they’re quite thorough when you do as much business with them as we do.

This forum, nor any other forum for that matter, are methods of contact for MagazineParts.com. Posting issues here WILL NOT get them resolved. It's been said many times already. You might upset a moderator or two while keeping our name out there, but that's about it.

We support forums so we may have official places to inform customers of new products and to answer the occasional product related question. We're far too busy to keep up with them on a daily basis, and that's why we have not listed them as a method to contact us.

There were other posts on this thread I beleive from one of us, but they may have been deleted.
