Hi everyone. I'm new to this board.

I always thought that FN shotguns were re-branded Winchesters, but now that the Winchester plant has been closed, who manufactures the SLP and TPS? Are they made in Belgium/Portugal by FN Herstal, in Columbia, SC by FN manufacturing or in Japan by Miroku?

afaik, all current Winchester weapons are produced in Asia.

but now FN announced the M70 production in the USA again, so i'm confused.

as for the FN copies of Winchester weapons, i can only assume they're produced in Asia as well?

Not all current Winchesters are made in Japan. The SXR is made in Belgium by FN (it's basically a re-badged Browning BAR).
