I have a pic of it on my phone i will try to post in a sec.
Not sure if it is a real FN or nothing. How can I tell who makes it?
It has a wierd thumbhole kinda stock on it, my uncle said something some kinda import laws at the time or something, his AK-47 had the same style stock as well. The more i shoot it/feel it/ look at it the more i like it... lol

I'd need a better picture or some additional information. What are the receiver markings? From just that picture it looks to be a Century frankenfal with a butthole stock :D Try for a close up pic of the receiver markings for us and we can probably help you more.

Unfortunately, not an FN. :(
What are the receiver (import) markings? :D
Agree with Dave- probably a Century.

LOL guess it would have been smart to read the reciever first. :?:

It reads:

L1A1 Sporter Cal. .308
Reciever made by IMBEL - Brazil
Imported by CAI St. Alb VT

Side with the charge handle reads:
UE 58
A6679

so that's about the best of the century guns to get IMO.
their Imbel receivered rifles will hold more value due to the no longer importable receiver made by an FN licensed outfit.
now, century could've gnawed it up a bit on assembly, but usually nothing beyond repair.
UE=Enfield so it's a Brit parts kit or mostly so probably.
how many inch cuts does the receiver have? looks like a metric mag in place, but hard to tell.....
