So, who is selling complete piston AR rifles, POF? Bushmaster? Colt? I want one and I'm wondering which is out, best, least expensive, etc. I value these about the same as an XCR or 556 and I'd pay just as much (around $1,200) for one. I'm not interested in just an upper. Thanks in advance.

Piston is like the new Sig 556 internals, correct?

I believe the new Beretta RX4 will have internals similar to that as well.

I decided on a POF and have had one coming for a while. I think the chrome lined and piston will be the way to go. I need a clean option for my canned SBR.

I have the adams arms. That, the PWS and the LWRC looked the best to me. Obviously the LWRC is not drop in like the other two.

I can't say much about the performance of the adams since I haven't been to the range yet. I just recently got the last piece of the rifle rounded up. AR15.com has some good information on all the available kits right now but their is no coherent review thread. I plan to make one once I assess the adams arms system.
