Bought it New never fired it has just sat in my safe 
I do know This is a Winchester built in usa before the buy out.
Winchester model 70, 300 win mag SS composite stock with built on The Pachmayr Decelerator
It also has a Buckmasters 4-12x50 SF Matte Riflescope mounted and bore sighted
