Is the Bi-lock a Gem-Tech suppressor mount? Is it permanently mounted? Are the threads underneath 1/2x28?

It is a bi-lock flash suppressor (I'm not sure if its Gemtech) and its not permanently attached. I don't know what the threads are or how to figure it out.

I will try to get a hold of Ed at HDPS and ask him.
