On a SCAR 17 with a OEM 13" barrel, where are folks putting their name, city and state? Is the lower rail that is attached to the barrel an acceptable/accessible spot, or does it have to go onto the upper receiver? Thanks for your experiences.

I did mine on the “upper” it is the serialized part on the form 1 submission so that’s where I put it. It’s on the flat just below the Pic rail similar to the FN style engraving filled with white. The picture below is from PMM’s website and similar to mine although mine’s on the opposite side next to the manufacturer’s name.
